These rules apply to every account purchase on the website and follow the account supplier requirements.

  • You must record a video from purchase moment until account login.
  • You must log in right after purchase, without delay.
  • Refund request must be opened within 10 minutes after purchase.

Refund-eligible cases

  • Account delivered without Robux.
  • Robux already spent at login time.
  • Incorrect password / cannot log in.

Non-eligible cases

  • No full video from purchase to login.
  • Delaying login after purchase.
  • Submitting a report after the 10-minute window.

How to request a refund

  1. Use the report button within 10 minutes of purchase.
  2. Describe the issue and keep the full purchase + login video.
  3. Provide purchase details (original order ID and timestamp).

Important

After 10 minutes from purchase time, the order is no longer eligible for refund. For more information, these requirements come from the website account supplier rules.
